Learning Hacks
Learning hacks are evidence-backed techniques — spaced repetition, retrieval practice, interleaving, elaborative encoding, deliberate practice, and the Feynman technique — that make new skills stick in less time than rereading or passive consumption. The skill is knowing which technique fits which kind of material, and building daily habits around them rather than relying on cramming. In fast-moving technical fields, learning how to learn is itself a high-leverage career skill.
