Personality Types
Personality-type frameworks — Big Five, MBTI, DISC, Enneagram, StrengthsFinder — give teams shared vocabulary for understanding differences in how colleagues think, decide, and communicate. The skill is using these tools as starting points for conversation, not as diagnoses, and pairing them with direct observation of how individuals actually work. Used well, they reduce friction and conflict; used poorly, they become labels that limit how people are seen.
