Mine reconciliation compares predicted tonnes and grades from the resource and reserve models against what is actually mined, processed, and sold, exposing discrepancies that drive corrective action. Reconciliation factors (F1/F2/F3) flow back into block-model parameters, blasting practice, dilution control, and metallurgical assumptions. Disciplined reconciliation is how an operation closes the loop between geology, mining, and the mill — and how it builds defensible reserve statements over time.
