Organizational Behavior
Organizational behavior studies how individuals, teams, and structures shape what actually happens inside a workplace — motivation, group dynamics, leadership, decision-making, conflict, and culture. The skill helps managers diagnose performance issues that aren't really about systems or skills and design interventions that change behavior, not just policy. It is the people-side counterpart to operations management and increasingly central to driving sustained change.
