Graphical User Interface (GUI)
Graphical user interfaces (GUIs) sit between operators and the equipment running battery production lines — HMIs on coating machines, SCADA screens for formation racks, MES dashboards. As a hard skill it requires designing screens that surface the right alarms and process variables without overwhelming the operator, plus configuration work in tools like Ignition, FactoryTalk View, or WinCC. Good GUI work directly reduces operator error during electrolyte filling, cell sorting, and changeover where misreading a screen can scrap a batch.
