Forklifts
Forklifts are the workhorse of warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing floors, moving palletized and heavy loads in tight spaces with high frequency. OSHA-mandated operator training covers vehicle classes (counterbalance, reach, order picker), pre-shift inspections, load capacity, pedestrian safety, and stable stacking practices. Forklift skill and discipline are central to both throughput and safety, since this class of equipment is involved in a disproportionate share of warehouse incidents.
