About Us

The Alaska Hub connects people, ideas, and innovation to advance the future of transportation across the state. Focused on the unique challenges and opportunities of Alaska’s geography, climate, and communities, the hub supports collaboration around electric vehicles, advanced mobility solutions, and next-generation technologies.

We bring together educators, industry leaders, workforce partners, and community organizations to share knowledge, build skills, and create pathways into high-demand careers. From rural access and resilient infrastructure to clean energy integration, our work is grounded in practical solutions that serve Alaskans today while preparing for tomorrow.

Through partnerships, resources, and shared expertise, the hub aims to strengthen Alaska’s role in shaping a more connected, sustainable, and innovative mobility ecosystem.

Sponsor a Hub

Support your local Hub—or any Hub in North America!

Sponsors and Hub members play different roles. Members are individuals, while sponsors are usually organizations or institutions. There’s no fee to become a Hub sponsor. Instead, sponsors commit to organizing or actively participating in at least three Hub activities or events each year. It’s all about being an active part of the community.

Of course, donations are always appreciated. Sometimes, other funding sources have restrictions on how money can be used—like not allowing funds for food or drinks. Unrestricted donations help make those extra touches possible.

Sponsors can support as many Hubs as they’d like—there’s no limit. Interested in sponsoring a Hub? Just email the Hub’s webmaster to get started.
