Direct contact information for CoP members is intentionally not available on the CoP website. But networking with CoP members is encouraged. You are welcome to contact members via their LinkedIn webpage or by sending an email to the CoP Webmaster who will relay the message, per the criterion requested by each CoP member.

Anyone (CoP members, as well as others) is welcome to propose a new CoP activity or event. To do so, please send an email indicating the 5Ws: who, what, when, where, and why. Who should include who the organizers will be, as well as who should participate. Please provide one or more points of contact (POCs).

For changes to the posted jobs or internship opportunities, please send an email with the appropriate information. For CoP members wishing to post their information in the Job Seeking section, please send an email indicating your name, contact information (email/phone number), information about what you are seeking (e.g., type of position, experience level, focus area, preferred location, etc.). A resume or CV that can be posted on the CoP website is also welcome. Note that your contact information will not be posted on the website (the CoP webmaster will use it to contact you for inquiries), but you may include your direct contact information in your resume or CV if desired.

For communications with specific (existing) Hubs, please reach out to the respective Hub Webmaster via the Hub's website. For communications about creating a new Hub, however, this is the place to connect. Write to the METConn Webmaster with you thoughts, suggestions, inputs, recommendations, etc.

There is no requirement for CoP sponsors to donate funding to the CoP. Instead, sponsors are expected to initiate and/or directly contribute to the CoP activities and events, e.g., company tours, presentations, seminars, professional development activities for CoP members, etc. For those who do wish to contribute financially, however, donations are very welcome as these will directly facilitate the CoP activities and events, as well as the training, education and travel of the CoP members.
