E-Mobility Europe
AVERE, known as the European Association for Electromobility and recently rebranded as E-Mobility Europe, is a non-profit organization founded in 1978 to promote sustainable transport across Europe. It serves as a network representing the interests of the electric vehicle industry, academia, research institutions, and EV users at both the European Union and national levels. The association advocates for policies that accelerate the mass adoption of electric vehicles, including pushing for a dense European charging infrastructure and phasing out fossil fuel vehicles. To drive technical and regulatory innovation, E-Mobility Europe actively collaborates with policymakers, participates in European research projects, and organizes major industry conferences. Additionally, it acts as a global partner alongside regional groups in the Americas and Asia-Pacific to form the World Electric Vehicle Association.
