NICET Electrical Power Testing Certification
National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) offers the Electrical Power Testing certification program for technicians who test equipment used in the production, transmission, and distribution of electrical power. These technicians are engaged in inspection, testing, and periodic maintenance of electrical power equipment, and evaluation of such equipment for acceptance for service, continued serviceability, or required maintenance.
