Rock Tech Lithium is a German‑Canadian critical minerals company developing vertically integrated lithium conversion capacity to support the growing battery supply chains in Europe and North America. The company is advancing two cornerstone projects: the Guben Lithium Converter in Brandenburg, Germany, and the planned Red Rock Lithium Converter in Ontario, Canada. The Guben facility, fully permitted and under construction, will produce 24,000 tonnes of battery‑grade lithium hydroxide annually—enough for roughly 500,000 electric vehicles each year. The Red Rock Converter will use the same engineering blueprint and Siemens Digital Twin technology, targeting 32,000 tonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent per year, positioning it as Ontario’s first lithium conversion plant. 

Rock Tech’s supply strategy is supported by its Georgia Lake Mining Project, which provides a regional source of spodumene feedstock less than 60 km from the Red Rock site. Through these projects, the company aims to establish a resilient, fully integrated “mine‑to‑converter” lithium value chain within allied markets, strengthening both European and Canadian EV manufacturing ecosystems. The Guben project has received Strategic Project designation under the EU Critical Raw Materials Act, underscoring its regional importance.
