CSI Energy Storage (formerly CSI Solar Energy Storage) is the battery storage division of Canadian Solar. Now operating under the e‑STORAGE brand, the company designs, manufactures, and integrates large‑scale lithium‑iron‑phosphate battery storage systems. Its flagship SolBank technology powers utility‑scale grid storage projects and supports renewable energy integration. CSI has deployed more than 2.7 GWh of storage across the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and China and maintains a global development pipeline exceeding 25 GWh.
