The U.S. Coast Guard Academy is a federal military service academy located in New London, Connecticut, on the Thames River. The Academy offers bachelor's degree programs in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, Cyber Systems, Interdisciplinary Engineering, Operations Research and Data Analytics, Marine and Environmental Sciences, and Management. Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering is a distinctive program that prepares graduates to design and maintain Coast Guard vessels and marine systems. The Cyber Systems program addresses emerging maritime cybersecurity and electronic warfare mission requirements.
