St. Clair County Community College (SC4) is a public two-year community college located in Port Huron, Michigan, at the southern tip of Lake Huron along the Michigan-Ontario border. The college offers Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, and Software Development programs that align with regional technology workforce needs in the Blue Water Area.
