Southern West Virginia Community & Technical College is a public multi-campus two-year institution serving McDowell, Mingo, Wayne, and Logan counties in the coalfields region of southwestern West Virginia. The college offers Electrical Engineering Technology at both the AAS and certificate levels, directly addressing workforce needs in the region's energy and utility sectors.
