Slippery Rock University
Slippery Rock University is a public comprehensive university within Pennsylvania's State System of Higher Education, located in Slippery Rock, Butler County, about 50 miles north of Pittsburgh. The university serves approximately 8,000 students and houses its STEM programs within the College of Engineering and Science, which spans departments in Engineering, Computing and Security, Mathematics and Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, Environmental Geosciences, and Biology.
